Return & Refund Policy
We’d like to thank you for shopping with Us. Our team is always trying to help you choose the perfect product for your ultimate relaxation by assisting with questions like your body weigh and body size.
Our massage chairs are manufactured in Japan 100% and are Original Products. It is possible that there may be very minimal color differences of what you see on our website and real product. To avoid this please request also real pictures from our team, before purchase.
If you are not entirely satisfied with our products we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days to return the product from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return please respect our following requirements:
• Product must be in new and in the same condition that you received it, no leather damage.
• Product must be in original packaging. (if chair is not in original box. A box-tax will apply in case of return)
• Product must have the receipt/ invoice and proof of purchase.
• Please note that we can only accept returns products that have not been damaged with intention.
Refunds
As soon as arrives in our possession, we will let you know and the quality checks will begin.
A closer inspection will be executed by our technicians.
If the verification is approved we will initiate a refund payment to your bank account within 14 days
Payment via Credit cards in case of returns:
All Credit Card Payments are processed by a third party -3D secure platform- all costs for transaction with Credit card are covered by the buyer. ( example: If a client is purchasing one of our massage chairs that cost 3,000 GBP and he decided to pay via Credit Card, we will then receive 2,840 GBP out of that transaction. If the client is willing to return the product, We will than deduct transportation cost out of the amount we have received from Credit Card payment 2840 GBP. So calculation is as follows: 2840 GBP - transport cost= rest of amount will be sent to client bank account.
Payment via Bank transfer in case of returns:
In case the buyer is choosing to pay via Bank Transfer, In case of refund he will receive exact amount he paid minus transport costs. (example the product cost is 3,000 GBP. In case of refund calculation is: 3,000 GBP - Transport cost= rest of the amount send to client bank account).
Shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping back to the manufacturer!!
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Items not Eligible
Products on sale are not refundable, this includes our limited offer collection or stock clearance.
All samples/Showroom massage chairs or used for exhibition are also not eligible for returns.
Please before you decide to return the product, Inform us about this matter via email and specify the invoice number and send us the invoice.
